FlumenVault is designed around a simple principle: your files belong to you.
1. Overview
FlumenVault is a privacy focused vault application for iPhone. It allows users to organize, store, manage, back up, and restore personal files, photos, documents, cards, and vault related metadata.
Wherever possible, data remains on your device or in cloud storage accounts that you choose and control.

3. Information processed by the app
FlumenVault may process information that you choose to add to the app, including:
- Photos and videos
- Documents and files
- Cards, IDs, travel documents, and other personal items
- Vault names, folder names, categories, and file metadata
- Backup metadata such as vault name, backup date, item count, and storage provider
- App settings and local configuration values
This information is used to provide the app features requested by you.
4. Storage locations
Local device storage
Files and metadata may be stored locally on your device inside the app storage area.
iCloud
If you enable iCloud backup, backup files may be stored in your personal iCloud account.
Microsoft OneDrive
If you enable OneDrive backup, backup files may be stored in your Microsoft OneDrive account after authorization by you.
Google Drive
If you enable Google Drive backup, backup files may be stored in your Google Drive account after authorization by you.
Cloud providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. FlumenVault does not control these third party storage providers.
5. What FlumenVault does not do
- FlumenVault does not sell personal information.
- FlumenVault does not display advertising.
- FlumenVault does not build advertising profiles.
- FlumenVault does not track users across apps or websites.
- FlumenVault does not intentionally share your vault contents with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. Analytics and tracking
FlumenVault currently does not use advertising SDKs or cross app tracking technologies.
If analytics or diagnostic services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such services are used in a production release.
7. Support and feedback
If you contact support, we may process the information you provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, optional attachments, device information, app version, and diagnostic details. This information is used only to respond to support requests, improve reliability, and troubleshoot issues.
8. Security
FlumenVault is designed to protect user controlled content through app level organization and security related features. You remain responsible for protecting access to your device, Apple ID, cloud accounts, and backup files.
9. Data deletion
You can delete files, folders, vault contents, backups, and app data through the app features or through your device and cloud provider settings. Deleting the app may remove local app data from the device. Cloud backups stored in your own cloud accounts may need to be deleted separately in the relevant cloud service.
10. Legal requests
We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
11. Children
FlumenVault is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use digital services without parental consent.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
